With approximately 2,100 square feet, floor-to-ceiling windows and patio access, the Olympic Room offers a bright setting for dining, presentations and celebrations.
Natural light and views create an inviting backdrop, while built-in audiovisual equipment supports speeches, slideshows and business presentations.
Table Nineteen Bar Room | Up to 85 Guests
The approximately 1,300-square-foot Table Nineteen Bar Room offers a versatile setting for private events, with a backlit bar and wood flooring suited to buffet service and dancing.
Book it for a standalone gathering or alongside the Olympic Room for a larger event.
Both spaces include:
- Built-in high-definition projectors and screens
- An audio system with cordless microphone or headset options
- Wi-Fi
- Complimentary guest parking
- Seasonal private patio seating
- Private bar and bartender service, with minimum spending requirements
Our event facilities accommodate up to 250 guests, depending on the spaces and layout selected. Our team will recommend arrangements based on your guest count, dining style and event activities.
Boardroom | Up to 12 Guests
Plan a focused meeting in our approximately 300-square-foot boardroom, featuring natural light, a 60-inch television with laptop connections, a whiteboard, Wi-Fi and complimentary parking.

Bar Options to Suit Your Plans
Choose the approach that works for your gathering:
- Hosted bar: the host pays for guests’ drinks.
- Ticketed bar: guests receive a set number of drink tickets, with redeemed tickets charged to the host.
- Limited hosted bar: the host pays for selected drinks.
- Guest-paid bar: guests purchase their own beverages.
Non-alcoholic punch and flavoured water stations are also available. Our team will help you coordinate beverage service with your menu and event schedule.
