Tailored to couples who are looking for a smaller "micro" daytime wedding option, or our new Intimate "I Do" Package is the ideal solution. This package is offered for weddings between 20-40 guests, for an intimate indoor ceremony followed by a daytime brunch or cocktail reception in our stunning Olympic Room. Just minutes from historic Victoria on Vancouver Island, Olympic View is the perfect setting for your special day. Our beautifully landscaped grounds include a magnificent fountain amidst massive rocks and exotic flowering shrubs. Inside the clubhouse a rustic stone fireplace with a large oak mantle provides another elegant setting for pictures. Our team will be happy to escort you and your partner by golf cart, to our water fall and Japanese garden for photographs of this most important event.

“Katrina went out of her way to meet me when we lived out of town and had difficulties coordinating, she was very attentive and considerate of our needs and ideas! This was the first wedding me and my husband had been to, let alone hosted, and I have to say I wouldn't have changed a thing. A lot had to do with Katrina, her ideas, support and coordinating day-of! I would suggest her and the location to any future brides/couples. We were also very impressed by the chef Mel who met with us for a vegetarian meal tasting and menu discussion, he was very helpful and took our suggestions and ran with them!”
