Club Fitting at Olympic View

With the GC Quad, our Olympic View Academy instructors will be able to offer a more concise learning experience, with real time data that you can trust.

Olympic View offers the latest equipment from TaylorMade and Callaway Golf. We use the information collected from our GC Quad, combined with the latest equipment from our vendors, to select the best equipment for you and your swing. The fitting process takes approximately an hour with one of our PGA of Canada instructors.

When giving a lesson, one of the first questions instructors will ask is how far you hit a specific club (for example an 8 iron). It is very common for students not to know or to give a number that is exaggerated shorter or longer than would be expected. Since we carry 14 golf clubs in our bag, it is very important to know how far each club goes. Choosing the correct club for the yardage you are playing will allow you to make better decisions on the course and increase your confidence, which will allow you to make a better golf swing and ultimately help you shoot lower scores.

One of our PGA of Canada instructors will combine your equipment with the data collected from our GC Quad to give you a precise map of your golf club set. After an hour you will walk away with a list of how far each club in your bag goes as well as the confidence of knowing your clubs are gapped correctly. This process will also highlight if you have any large holes in your clubs, which could be costing you valuable shots. Our instructors will make recommendations on the best way to fill that gap.
