From corporate Christmas parties and staff celebrations to festive gatherings with family and friends, Olympic View offers flexible event spaces for intimate dinners and large holiday events. Depending on your room selection and event layout, we can accommodate groups ranging from 14 to approximately 250 guests.
Our experienced events team can assist with room setup, menus, dietary requirements, audiovisual equipment and the planning details that bring your celebration together. The clubhouse and event spaces are also decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and festive setting for your guests.
Holiday Food and Beverage Options
Our 2026 Holiday Event Package features a variety of food and beverage options for office Christmas parties, family gatherings and private holiday celebrations in Victoria.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free selections are available throughout the package. Please advise your Event Coordinator of any allergies or dietary requirements during the planning process.

Yes. Table Nineteen accepts holiday dining reservations one month in advance for groups of up to 30 guests. Groups larger than 10 will be seated at neighbouring tables.

"I was at the Landmark Sign Christmas Party this past Friday in the Lounge. I was blown away from your team. I mean WOW! The service was beyond incredible, very professional & friendly. Each team member did not skip a beat. I believe there were three Christmas parties happening all at the same time which did not slow them down. Food was on time, hot & delicious. Mel always does such amazing menus. There were no problems with ordering one special meal for one of the guys. I even asked one of the ladies at the bar about my food allergy and she was right on top of it with a smile on her face. There was never a line for drinks. Even if the bar did get a slight bit busy another girl would jump on to help. Such a smart system to have one taking orders and 1-2 mixing drinks. Tables were clears in a timely manner. The layout was great lots of room to move around and not bang into each other. Everything ran smooth and if there were any hiccups the guest sure did not know about them. My boyfriend says his crew is still talking about how special the night was and that it was one of the best parties they have had in a long time. And a special Thanks to Kelly who I messaged about 2 hours before the event to see if they could have my favourite martini mix at the bar. We were well taken care of all night! Happy holidays!" AM
