Terms & Conditions

1. By enrolling in the Program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. To earn reward points, participants must present their card each time a purchase (yearly dues - not initiation fees - golf, food and beverage or retail) is made at a GolfBC facility. Tee times booked through a 3rd party vendor are not eligible for points.
3. One point shall be awarded for every dollar spent (excluding tax) at GolfBC facilities. Points awarded for groups, tournaments, banquets and weddings are subject to a maximum limit, check with Tournament Coordinator for details.
4. As noted above, points shall not be awarded for the dollar value of taxes paid on purchases.
5. In and of themselves, reward points have no intrinsic cash value.
6. Points are not transferable.
7. Where points have been used for the purpose of purchasing an item, and the item is subsequently returned, such points will be refunded/returned to the Program participant.
8. Where an item has been purchased, and points earned thereof have been redeemed prior to the item's subsequent return, a cash amount equivalent to the value of such points shall be deducted from the amount returned to the participant.
9. Points shall be rounded up. For example: where a purchase of $2.11 is made, three reward points will be earned.
10. The GolfBC card issued to participants of the Program is not a Credit Card and it does not confer credit of any kind.
11. In order to redeem points, cardholders must be registered by providing GolfBC with Full Name, Address including Postal Code and a valid Telephone Number. Your receipt message will indicate if GolfBC is missing your information. To update your record, email us at info@golfbc.com.
12. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately.
13. The GolfBC card does not expire, however, cards that have been inactive for a period of 24 months will be deactivated. To receive a new card, please email us at info@golfbc.com your name, address, telephone number and card number (existing points on the old card at time of deactivation will be transferred to the new card, upon confirmation).
14. GolfBC, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the Program's terms and conditions, rewards, and special offers at any time without prior notice.
15. GolfBC, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue the Program with 90 days notice.
16. GolfBC, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse rewards and/or to terminate an individual's participation in the program for practicing deception or forgery, for other abuses of the Program, or any other reasonable cause.
17. By signing up for the card, participants agree to receive communication from GolfBC via the GolfBC eNews (monthly newsletter about special offers, promotions, contests, updates to the site, changes to the GolfBC Rewards program or opportunities that we believe will be of interest to you). The information may also be used to customize the content and/or layout of the site for each individual user, but will never be sold or shared with any third party (privacy policy). If you would prefer not to receive communication from GolfBC, please update your profile and select "no" to eNews, choose the "opt-out" option in our eNews or reply to our email with "usubscribe" in the subject of your reply.
